  Not very impressed with this chain.
  Good, but vastly overpriced for what you get.
  And was understaffed last night when I went to dinner with friends.

  The general manger, Virginia, at least that's what her name tag says, had an attitude and it's not even busy there- maybe it's not busy for a reason. Won't be going back

  Prior experiences here have been good, but things seem to be slipping... In my past two visits (today and about a month ago) I have personally experienced, and witnessed others experience, much poorer service than older visits led me to expect. This most recent visit we were served the wrong food twice. The server left it on our table and darted away, so we returned it to the window ourselves. A few minutes later she tried to give the same meal to an adjacent table and it was not theirs either. When informed through hand gesture (language barrier), the server promptly turned around and tried to serve it to us again... and so we reminded her it was not ours. The next plates brought to us were correct and delivered with an apology. While eating we witnessed the same server misdirecting two other orders, and several other customers bringing their food back to the service counter to explain various problems. While one female patron seemed to be acting difficult on purpose, the others appeared to have legitimate issues (based upon the response of the person manning the counter). The food on this visit seemed less tasty than visits past, but then again it may have just been the experience that created this perception. I will probably give it one more try before I drop it from my list. If you visit after reading this review and find the same problems I describe, then I just saved you two additional visits...
